Worth the 1.1 mile drive to Sunny Rock, located on busy 321.  Delicious, unique breakfast plates with many options for sweet or savory breakfast lover.  Only downside is it's closed on Sunday!

Wings. Beer. Chips & Queso.  Need we say more?  Large TVs on every wall for the big game.  Live music every Friday night and karaoke on Saturdays.  After all the fun, walk the 0.5 mile back to the Carriage House, no Uber needed!

What's that smell as you start your stroll down Main Street?  Mellow Mushroom's oh so yummy pizza!  Even though it's a chain, we can't resist their delicious pizzas and great salads.  Plus it's literally 0.3 miles from The Carriage House.  

Casual North Carolina barbecue any way you'd like it.  Chopped, sliced, brisket, sandwiches, trays, ribs, chicken, and everything else you'd expect on the side.  Sweet tea, cornbread, fried okra, collards and hushpuppies too.  Woodlands is a short 1.3 mi drive from the Carriage House, closed on Monday's and has live music every other night.
